About this Recipe

By: Ebha Hammadi

In just a few simple moves you can enjoy healthy, low-fat but especially tasty smoothies that are easy to make and always handy!!

This smoothie bowl is a filling and delicious breakfast to get you going in the morning. It’s tasty, healthy, and naturally sweet.
This recipe is straightforward to prepare, as it only calls for five inexpensive ingredients. However, you may add your favorite toppings like chopped fruits, nuts, seeds, and shredded coconut to make it your own… Let your imagination run wild!
Furthermore, serving a smoothie in a bowl makes it easier to digest because you must eat it with a spoon, which takes a little longer than drinking it.

Smoothie bowls are delicious, healthful, and easy to make. To make it, all you need is a powerful blender (I used our own Drink n Go), and it just takes 5 minutes. I hope you have as much fun with it as I have!

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (140 g)
  • 1 cup milk of your choice or water (250 ml), I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, optional
  • 2 Medjool dates, optional

Your Favorite Fruits

Peel, chop and freeze your favorite fruits the night before Make sure it includes bananas as they are the key to getting creamier smoothies.

Blend with Drink n Go

Creating delicious smoothies and shakes has never been easier than with Drink’nGo. Simply combine fresh ingredients and voila!

Serve and Enjoy

Serve it with a variety of toppings. Add berries, as well as shredded coconut, nuts, and granola, if preferred. Enjoy

 Instructions

Peel, chop, and freeze the bananas the night before.
Blend all of the ingredients in a strong blender. A good option is Braun Drink n Go the innovative smoothie maker with practical, easy use take-away cup.  You can make your favorite smoothie, then you take it with you, wherever you’re going: to the gym, school, the office, or while you are doing sport.

Blend Your smoothie depending on the texture you want, add more or less milk.
Serve right away with your preferred toppings. I like to top it with shredded coconut and nuts, as well as sliced blueberries, blackberries, and other nuts. It’s also delicious with some granola.

Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days, as they’re best when they’re fresh.
